Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OneView Financial LLC ("OneView," "we," "us") for your use of the OneView app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Who can use OneView

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for everything done under it. Tell us right away at support@oneviewfi.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. What OneView is, and isn't

OneView is a tool for tracking your personal, business and real estate finances in one place. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not a bank, broker or accountant. Figures such as net worth, cash flow and property values are estimates built from the data you connect or enter. Check anything important against your official statements and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

3. Bank connections

We use Plaid to connect your financial accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize us and Plaid to access and retrieve your account information on your behalf, and you agree to Plaid's terms for that connection. Data comes from your institutions, so it may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong, and some institutions can't be connected. We aren't responsible for errors or outages at Plaid or your institutions.

4. Free trial, subscription and billing

  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
  • After the trial, the Service costs $6.99 a month or $69.99 a year, plus any applicable taxes, billed in advance through Stripe.
  • If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, bank sync and new bank connections pause. The rest of the app keeps working with the data you already have.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged in error, email support and we'll make it right.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to add any information about other people or businesses.

6. AI assistants you connect

If you create an agent connector, you authorize the assistant you give it to to read your data and make the changes that connector allows. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and for their changes. Keep connector links private; anyone with one can use it until you revoke it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent;
  • access accounts or data that aren't yours;
  • probe, scan, overload or try to break the Service's security;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or scrape it except through the agent connector we provide.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using OneView and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or goes unpaid, and we'll give notice when we reasonably can.

9. Changes to the Service and these terms

We improve OneView often and may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DON'T PROMISE THE SERVICE OR ITS DATA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ONEVIEW WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover OneView's reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
